Nutritional value of Chiang Da vegetables
Chiengda vegetables or Chinda vegetables, local vegetables that are found in the North. Young leaves and young shoots can be used as food. Either boiled vegetables with chili paste, stir-fried with eggs or in curry.
The nutritional value of 100 grams of chia seeds contains 60 calories, 5.4 grams of protein, 1.5 grams of fat, 6.2 grams of carbohydrates, 2.5 grams of dietary fiber, 153 milligrams of vitamin, 78 milligrams of calcium, 2.3 milligrams of iron, 98 milligrams of phosphorus.
